Low Impact Fitness Classes
Sessions are for everyone. Seated exercises are incorporated, and everyone is encouraged to do what they can.
The exercises are gentle in the main with an emphasis on moving and improving the range of movement. Such gentle exercise is beneficial for arthritis sufferers.
Attendees have reported an improvement in mobility, fitness, posture, and weight loss. Fun is also at the core of the sessions with socialising being an equally important factor for the older members

I work with a client to set achievable and realistic goals which can be reached using a bespoke program of exercise and nutrition providing the client sticks to the program.
Encouraging lifestyle changes that can be easily incorporated into a person’s daily routine. Lifestyle changes are more likely to show results than quick-fix programmes and fad diets.
Previous and current clients include women who want to improve/maintain bone and muscle mass as they move towards the menopausal years; men and women who want to lose weight and generally improve their fitness. Personal Training is for everyone

Boxercise (TM) – Boxercise is a high-intensity workout incorporating boxing techniques without hitting the opponent, using focus pads instead. It is great for stress busting, weight loss and improves mobility and fitness. Suitable for all ages, all levels of fitness, and all abilities
The Kinesio® Taping Method is applied to the body to reduce pain and inflammation for various medical conditions. Kinesio® Tex Tape is an elastic therapeutic tape made specifically for the Kinesio Taping Method to microscopically lift the skin and motivate the body to start healing naturally. It is non-restrictive and allows for a full range of motion.
Taping is commonly used as an adjunct or temporary technique. Athletes often make use of taping as a protective mechanism in the presence of an existing injury. Some of the goals of taping are to restrict the movement of injured joints, and soft tissue compression to reduce swelling.
